Apartments.com recently published the results of their 2014 survey of what matters the most to renters when finding a new place to live. Some of the results might surprise you.
As a matter of fact, only 21% of the 2,500 respondents said living in a cool city or neighborhood was important to them. The most popular answer was affordability, which makes sense since half the respondents cited financial necessity as their reason for renting over owning a home.
