5 Essential Apps For When You Move Into a New Neighborhood

Best Apps For Being Part of the Neighborhood

1. Nextdoor

Nextdoor is a website and free app that acts as a private social network for you and your neighbors. You need to verify your address when you sign up, so you can only use it if you are a current resident of a neighborhood. The app is growing fast, and when I signed up there were 40 other people living in my neighborhood with the app. It’s a great way to connect with people in your area and people use it for a variety of things, such as to find reliable babysitters or handymen in the area, post about a lost dog, or share information about burglaries or crimes in the neighborhood.
